These alerts may concern:
- Information relating to a crime or offense;
- A violation of an international commitment duly ratified or approved by France or of a unilateral act of an international organization taken on the basis of such a commitment;
- A violation of a law or regulation;
- A threat or serious harm to the public interest.
To make a report, employees are invited to contact their manager or the Human Resources Director, the Financial Director or the Legal Director of Devialet, or to use the dedicated whistleblowing form to be sent to the referent persons as provided for in the current internal procedure.
Stakeholders may report their concerns to their usual contact(s) at Devialet.
In addition to these channels, stakeholders may send their reports, confidentially and securely, to the following e-mail address: ethics@devialet.com. Devialet reserves the right to use tools, platforms or outsourced service providers that contribute to the management of such alerts, particularly in order to protect the identity of a whistleblower during and after the submission of a report.Devialet is committed to respecting and protecting the identity of people who wish to make an anonymous report. Each whistleblowing report will be handled vigorously and objectively, ensuring that the rights of all parties concerned are respected. Devialet will do its utmost to investigate the alert, but in some cases, there are limits to what can be done if the whistleblower chooses to remain anonymous.
Devialet will endeavor to keep the whistleblower informed of the follow-up to the report and to provide as much feedback as possible on the investigation. However, due to applicable confidentiality rules, it is often not possible to share all information with the whistleblower.
Devialet ensures that no disciplinary action is taken against people who have used these channels in good faith, even if the facts reported subsequently turn out to be inaccurate or unfounded and/or do not give rise to any proceedings or action.
For all reports that do not fall within the scope of the whistleblowing system, you should use the other dedicated channels (mediation, supplier portal, your entity's human resources department, etc.).
