HOW LONG IS THE RETURN PROCESS?

You will receive your new Phantom 7 business days after we have received and examined your old one.

CAN I RETURN MY OLD PHANTOM IN A DEVIALET STORE?

No, the Elevate Program is only available on Devialet.com. You should return your old Phantom in the return kit sent to you.

SHOULD I RETURN MY PHANTOM ACCESSORIES?

Only the original power cable that came with your Phantom.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH UPGRADES ARE AVAILABLE FOR MY PHANTOM?

First, log in to your Devialet Account via the box above. Then, register your products in the "My Products" section and discover which upgrade is available for your Phantom.

HOW SHOULD I PACK UP MY OLD PHANTOM TO BE RETURNED?

After you place your order, we will send you a return kit to send back your old Phantom. Any product return not made in this kit will be refused.

CAN I CHANGE MY MIND AFTER RETURNING MY OLD PHANTOM AND GET MY PRODUCT BACK?

No, once your old Phantom has been shipped, it is not possible to get it back. You will receive your new Phantom within 7 business days.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED DEVIALET CARE?

Your months of remaining Devialet Care coverage will automatically be transferred to your new Phantom. Should you wish to benefit from the full five year coverage again, you can still purchase a new Devialet Care.

HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD?

Two years, which can be extended to five years with Devialet Care.
